Student Intern Program

The Burch Group Internship program aim is to expose students to the challenges of capital formation in economically impacted metropolises.  Interns will investigate the factors as to why small manufacturing businesses which are located or willing to relocate to economically impacted inner cities of Los Angeles (Central, South Central, and East LA) have difficulty attracting investment capital.  The internship program will contribute to the Burch Group identifying businesses which will promote progressive societal growth for inter-city residents, business management, business ownership and production or services.

The internship program will coordinate with:

1. local and regional comprehensive job centers
2. community colleges & skill development centers
3. pre-apprenticeship & job readiness training
